A visual artist working in printmaking, ceramics, textiles, installation and photography. Her practice explores themes of gender, social norms, sexuality and critiques of patriarchy and capitalism, conveyed through evocative abstract forms or references to the natural world. Her work often engages with contemporary literature, poetry and philosophical essays. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk and the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague, Netherlands. She has taught painting and drawing at the University of Fine Arts in Poznań and at the Koszalin University of Technology. Her work has been shown in numerous solo and group exhibitions, including KABK Gallery in The Hague, Sculpture Center in New York, Centre for Contemporary Art Łaźnia in Gdańsk, Arsenal Gallery and Stary Browar in Poznań, Cascada Art Space in Barcelona, and Studio Tsukimisou in Kyoto. She currently lives and works in Barcelona.
