Radim Koros (1988). A graduate of the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, where he earned his PhD in 2022 under the supervision of Prof. Andrzej Bednarczyk. He develops innovative collaborations with artificial intelligence algorithms and machines, treating technology not as a tool but as a partner in creative dialogue. In 2023, he received the Krakow City Creative Scholarship to use a converted medical device – an X-ray rotor – as a robotic easel in his studio. His paintings are created through remixing using a special algorithm, and the results of this digital manipulation become the starting point for further painting. Koros creates with a flourish reminiscent of action painting, where intuition interacts with machines and artificial intelligence, generating cosmic visions brimming with energy and color. Finalist of the national painting competition Bielska Jesień in 2019 and 2025, the New Avant-garde Contemporary Art Review in 2018 and the Autumn Art Salon at BWA Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski (2019). He lives and works in Krakow.
