Magdalena Karpińska (ur. 1984) jest absolwentką Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Warszawie, gdzie studiowała pod kierunkiem Jarosława Modzelewskiego i Mirosława Duchowskiego. Płodna malarka i ilustratorka, czerpie inspiracje z różnych obszarów życia, starannie dobierając motywy i redukując je do ich istoty. Z dużą uwagą wobec detalu podchodzi do swoich prac zarówno jak do kompozycji, jak i wizualnej zagadki. Mieszka i pracuje w Warszawie.
