Olivia Rosa is a multimedia artist. She works with wool, ceramics, photography, and ready-made objects, developing her own techniques and imbuing seemingly innocent materials with ambivalent meanings. She often focuses on humanity as a species and the traps it sets for itself. Overloaded with stimuli, she approaches art as a research process, examining how experiences are recorded in the body, consciousness, and memory, distorted by time; she seeks solace for her aching senses in the obsessively recurring color green.
