Katarzyna Przezwańska

Katarzyna Przezwańska (b. 1984 in Warsaw) is a sculptor, author of installations, architectural interventions, films, and photographs. Graduate of the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (2009). Member of Czosnek Studio, a collective producing unique, tailor-made graphic designs and spatial arrangements. Przezwańska draws on the ideas of modernism and the early 20th-century avant-garde. She is interested in the role and cultural perception of colour. In her work, she seeks ways in which the combination of architecture and nature can improve the quality of life.
