In Flux

How many faces can water have? The Archeology of Photography Foundation’s exhibition “In Flux” invites visitors to an attentive encounter with an element that flows through every one of us. Water is not only something we depend on — it is a force that shapes landscapes, connects all living beings, and has been present in photography since its beginnings.
The exhibition brings together three artistic perspectives on water. Lucjan Demidowski’s photographs explore the boundaries between reality and illusion, transforming landscapes through reflections and revealing the fragility of the natural world. Julia Klewaniec’s works examine water in our everyday lives — purified, contained, and shaped by human needs, yet always escaping our attempts to control it. Pamela Bożek’s sculptural works remind us that we are part of nature rather than separate from it, reflecting on care, coexistence, and shared responsibility.
“In Flux” is an exhibition for everyone — children and adults alike. Educational workshops and artworks created by children form an integral part of the project. The exhibition can be experienced through multiple senses: alongside photography, sculpture, and installation, visitors will encounter original scent compositions created by molanné scentuary. These fragrances become another layer of the exhibition’s narrative, inviting visitors to experience water through sight, touch, sound, and smell. “In Flux” is an invitation to pause, reconnect, and look at water with curiosity, sensitivity, and care.
