Fundacja Picture Doc

Picture Doc Foundation (est. 2013) develops narratives about the contemporary world—reliable, multi-perspective, and grounded in lived experience. Photography serves as the starting point, which we expand through video, objects, sound, new technologies, and hybrid forms. We support artists and provide them with tools to sustain their presence on the scene. We create exhibitions, organize meetings, and engage in educational activities.

We pay particular attention to themes related to technology, migration and identity, and social change, building dialogue across different communities. The Foundation is made up of artists, photographers, 3D creators, designers, and curators. We collaborate with the Belarusian artistic community. The Foundation’s gallery is Pracownia Duży Pokój in Warsaw.
