Since its launch in 2023, CRASH CLUB has reimagined exhibition-making beyond the white cube, creating a shared platform where galleries, artists, performances, and moving images come together. It is a temporary site of encounter for diverse artistic practices, perspectives, and communities.
This year's venue embodies that vision. Bracka 5A is an architectural archive of Warsaw's historical transformations: a nineteenth-century courtyard building concealed behind a post-war facade, surrounded by structures that have been restored, adapted, demolished, and rebuilt. The site raises questions about preservation, redevelopment, and gentrification: what is preserved, what is repurposed, what disappears, and who shapes the city.
CRASH CLUB 2026 will be curated by ARCC (Artist-Run Collaborative Curation), an international collective that approaches curating as a collaborative, artist-led process, sharing authorship, and remaining closely connected to artistic practice.
