The title of Anna Niesterowicz’s exhibition, "20 MG OK," evokes both the relief associated with finding the right medication dosage and the monotony of a daily routine shaped by therapy. Working with collage and monotype techniques, Niesterowicz incorporates chance as a central element of the creative process, balancing intuition with the constraints of reality. The medication blister packs are not only evidence of the daily struggles, but also serve as material for her work.

Drawing inspiration from Hansens’ theory of the "Open Form" and experiences gained in the studio of Grzegorz Kowalski, the artist emphasises the significance of the process and its unpredictable effects. The dynamic compositions, described by the artist as "notes from PTSD," delve into themes of introspection, power, and social tensions. The dance-like battles depicted symbolize the effort and ongoing struggle with a "state of un-health." The dialogue between emotionally contrasting characters opens up space for reflection.
